Senior Product Designer
Chicagoland
I'm a product designer specializing in B2B2C and marketplace platforms, with experience across hospitality, e-commerce, and payments. With a background in retail industrial design, I'm skilled at bridging digital and physical touchpoints across the user journey.
I'm a creative-thinker & maker
After a lifelong passion in art and design, I earned my degree in industrial design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with goals of making and improving everyday products for people to use and love.

Recently, I worked across various responsive platforms at Rocket Travel by Agoda
Here, I partnered with another designer on the inception of our design ops team while also leading design for our launch team.
This work was heavily focused on scaling our white-label business and standardizing our systems to theme enterprise partners, such as American Airlines, U.S. Bank, and Citibank quickly and efficiently, and to ensure smooth rollouts. These contributions reduced design time spent on each launch by more than 50%.
I also spent time here leading design for our hotel payments team.
This involved a complete redesign of the checkout experience for partners such as T-Mobile and Southwest Airlines. The redesign successfully passed usability testing with 100% user confidence and contributed to a 10% increase in both conversion and margin. One net-new feature that was part of this project drove a 30% increase in margin.

Working together with some of the best teammates.
My past life in retail marketing design
I got my start as an industrial designer specialized in retail displays and omni-channel shopping experiences. I led design initiatives for brands such as Benjamin Moore, Camelbak, and Abu Garcia in a full-service, end-to-end capacity. As a senior and lead designer, these projects varied from retail display systems, to environments, to service design consultations.
My work on a system for Makeup Revolution helped propel the brands growth in Ulta Beauty
From a small 2' endcap to 20' and top-tier status, Makeup Revolution expanded into a shopping destination using this fixture system as a foundation for multiple sub-brands. This redesign set the stage for a larger initiative by Ulta Beauty to elevate the mass shopping experience.

The Makeup Revolution system that aimed to bring prestige appeal to the mass department.
A few more highlights...

A new, ultra-premium paint line for Benjamin Moore with an innovative store presence reflecting its prestige.

A modular counter display designed to showcase a variety of tech products.

A concept for Dutch Boy, revitalizing the brand to appeal to younger markets.

An endcap display introducing a new augmented reality product for Snap Inc.
I like to think of my work in the context of a larger omni-channel experience for the user.
With expertise in both UX/UI and industrial design, I've learned to think through user experiences from a bigger picture perspective. Creative problem solving and strategic design thinking is where I shine. My process is agile and iterative while striving for scalable, modular solutions.
I start each day with a matcha latte in hand
Working remotely, my office companion is my sweet, old dog Lou. You might get lucky enough to see a cameo of him popping his head into a zoom call.

When I'm not creating, I love exploring new cities, appreciating art & design, eating good food, and enjoying a sunny day outside
